Visit our Damage Claim Form to submit your claim online. You'll need your contract number, photos of the damage, and a description of each affected item. Claims must be submitted within 7 business days of your service.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled service receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. See our Terms of Service for full details.
If your move exceeds the quoted hours, additional time is billed at the hourly overage rate specified in your estimate. Our team will communicate with you before any overages are incurred so there are no surprises.
